Meet The Team
Dakota Ty Holt, MSN, NP-C
Aesthetics Specialist & Clinical Partner
Dakota Ty Holt is a wildly talented injector and Aesthetics trainer. Having devoted his career to the profession of nursing he began to explore the artistic realm of aesthetics to satisfy expressive dramatics he developed growing up. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he earned both professional degrees in the Science of Nursing. He proudly served America's heroes at the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital as an RN while working towards his Master's degree in Family Health. Upon graduation as a Nurse Practitioner, he began working in primary care.
Throughout his professional career he was fortunate for the multiple opportunities of exposure and training in aesthetics. Then in practice he sought out educational certificate programs across the Southeastern US. He has trained with nationally and internationally acclaimed injectors honing his skills to develop an ongoing portfolio of diverse techniques. He acknowledges the classic forms made popular in earlier aesthetic procedures but is passionate for the contemporary. He takes pride in maintaining natural homogenous enhancements of the given feature, but is experienced in reconstruction and augmentation that provide his clients a sophisticated and restrained result.
Having a personal philosophy that "youth is a perspective, one we all are empowered to command" he celebrates each client's personality by developing individualized plans marrying the client's concept, emotion, and goals into harmonious aesthetic journeys.
Mei-Lin Reisin. LME
Managing Partner
Mei-Lin is a talented medical esthetician with an unparalleled business sense, making her a unicorn in the Aesthetics industry! Her passion for correcting aesthetic concerns through medicine and curating the perfect client experience makes her contribution to her team extraordinary.
In addition to perfecting her hands-on techniques, she is a proven multi-time, multi-location business owner and operator. Mei-Lin is gifted in her ability to showcase her team’s strength digitally and cultivate client relations. She is obsessed with innovating new ways of creating amazing content that is absurdly useful and effective. Wearing all hats in business ownership/management and marketing, she is also editor, strategist, coach, and sometimes therapist to her team and patients. Her driven desire to inspire and develop the team, she is a student of leadership, always working to better herself and the team.
Mei-Lin has now created a business where she can have the best of both worlds: being a talented provider and managing partner. She continues to bring the most innovative treatments to her clients, and builds the YOU Project brand.
When she isn't working, you'll find Mei-Lin with her boys: husband Eric and son, Feelie. These two being the center of her universe, it is very important to her to have that family/work balance. They enjoy pools, beaches, making home videos (starring Feelie, of course), karaoke, and movie night snuggle fest.
Deidre Spoor
Director of Client Services & Office Manager
Deidre's philosophy is simple: making clients feel that they are the priority when walking through the door. Deidre has a passion for making other people feel great about themselves. She fell in love with the Aesthetics industry, which inspired her to become an esthetician.
Originally from Ohio, Deidre attended Walsh University and left after her second year to join the Air Force. The military brought her to Tampa where she served 6 years as a Dental Assistant on MacDill AFB. This sparked her passion for working one-on-one with patients to build their confidence. After the military, Deidre earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Tampa. Learning and education remains her top priority to continue to grow and evolve with YOU Project.
Bridget Bruening
Office Manager
Bridget graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. She worked as a Medical Assistant in Dermatology for 2 years where she developed her love for all things skin. Inspired by her education and training, Bridget decided to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing to become an aesthetics provider! Bridget has worked in the aesthetics industry since 2019, where she has acquired a wide range of skills related to neurotoxins, dermal fillers and skin resurfacing treatments. Bridget will continue her career with YOU Project as she becomes a Nurse Practitioner and injector!
Alexandra Wright
Business Intelligence Analyst & Graphic Designer
Alex served almost 10 years in the Air Force where she learned advanced analytic and technical skills. She has always been interested in art and aesthetics, which she believes are intricately connected. Alex is a gifted digital storyteller. She is passionate about bringing her clients’ visions to life through graphic design, branding, and strategic campaigning. She also enjoys in-depth research where she can show her clients the impact and results of digital marketing as they relate to business strategy. She and her daughter live in Apollo Beach where they spend time in the sunshine and on the water.
